These duplexes were designed as a speculation development project for a local builder and developer. The duplex was specifically designed to not be symmetrical such that it looks like one larger home rather than two side-by-side duplexes. The duplexes exhibit mountain contemporary exterior architecture with a blend of clean minimal interiors, modern features and exterior rustic materials. 577 North Fuller Placer, & 579 North Fuller Placer.
