This custom home was designed for a family who relocated to North Carolina from Texas, to enjoy "life on the water." The 3 acre property is on Page's Creek adjacent to the inter-coastal waterway, and features views of the ocean at nearby Mason's Inlet, as well as large old-growth deciduous trees. The main concept of this house is to nestle into the grand existing trees (without losing any), while maximizing views of the ocean & inter-coastal waterway. The main level has the master suite, and great room with water views, and exterior porches and decks wrapping around 3 sides of the house. Four bedrooms for their 3 sons and guests are located upstairs with a TV den. This is the second home design by Equinox for this family.
