Tyra Summit Condo Renovation

This exterior renovation project included roof replacement, replacement of wood siding, window and door replacement, and the addition of protective low timber roof elements for the stair tower entries. As part of the project, extensive repairs were made to the garage level foundation and steel structure. Lastly, a new roof drainage system was added with gutters and downspouts to direct drainage away from sidewalks and driveways.
