Mountain Woods Condo Renovation

This largest aspect of this project was the addition of a new entry lobby with interior stairs. The new lobby offers more convenient and protected building access, with a more pedestrian scaled frontal element with “mountain style” timber structure. The exterior renovation included new stucco colors, new wood siding, the addition of a stone veneer base, replacement windows and patio doors, and new railings. Also, the plaza was re-surfaced with water-proof epoxy traffic-topping.
