Inner Circle Condo Renovation

This exterior renovation project included the removal of old mansard roof elements, roof replacement with roof eave extensions to cover decks and balconies, siding replacement, door replacement, window replacement for most units, replacement of deck and balcony decking and railings, and the replacement of exterior stairs. The old cantilevered decks were removed and reconstructed with an exoskeletal structural system of timber columns with new deck and balcony framing.
