Gateway Condominium Exterior Renovation

This exterior renovation project began with the development of a 10 year "Master Plan" of interior and exterior renovations and improvements. The completed "First Phase" included roof replacement and substrate repair, wood siding replacement, replacement of the balcony half-walls with new steel open railings, and the replacement of the Pool Room windows. Extensive interior renovations will follow in future phases. (95 Units)
