Double Eagle Condo Renovation

This exterior renovation project included roof replacement, siding replacement, the addition of stone veneer, window and door replacement, and the replacement of deck railings and decking. As part of the project, the two buildings were connected with a car-port gable roof form, to add lower scaled, "mountain style" timber elements, and to provide a more inviting entry experience. Lastly, the exterior hot tub pavilion was renovated and repaired.
