Andorra Condo Renovation

Originally this exterior renovation project was to be a comprehensive exterior renovation to be completed in 2009. However, budget and HOA conflicts necessitated dividing the project into three phases over 6 years with a "Master Plan." "Phase One" completed in 2009, replaced all paving and flatwork, and removed the common area hot tub deck that had become hazardous and expensive to maintain. "Phase Two" completed in 2012, involved the replacement of deck railings and decking. "Phase Three" completed in 2014, included roof replacement, the replacement of siding, the addition of a stone veneer base, and the replacement of windows and doors.
