This home was designed for a local couple that had a limited budget, but big goals. Although the home is modestly sized, the openness makes the spaces feel larger than they actually are. Rustic materials inspired by the local mining history clad the exterior. This home was featured in the 2010 Summit County Builder's Association Parade of Homes, and won the "Award of Excellence,” for Builder Concept.
